Our Food is Our Story
The essence of the Culinary Heritage Project is to fulfil the need to gather the vast culinary knowledge found in Israel, derived from the journeys of Jews globally and the many cultures that share the land of Israel. This will be done to preserve and make accessible a fast disappearing facet of our cultural and historic identity, create a catalyst for pride in our particular heritages and share personal and collective stories through the powerful experience of food.
